Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of viralprank.app (the "Service") operated by Viralprank ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you are.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@viralprank.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The Service
Viralprank generates AI images from text prompts for entertainment purposes. Image generation consumes credits, which you purchase in packs. Generated images are stored in your history for up to 7 days before automatic deletion.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Viralprank to:
- Generate content that depicts real people without their consent.
- Create sexual content, content involving minors, or violent content.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any person or organization.
- Defraud, financially harm, or commit identity theft against any person — including but not limited to fabricated documents, fake IDs, or fake official correspondence.
- Generate content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Distribute generated content as authentic news, evidence, or public record.
- Attempt to bypass our content moderation, rate limits, or other technical controls.
Violations result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of unused credits, and possible referral to law enforcement.
5. Deepfakes and image rights
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use the likeness of any person depicted in content you generate. All applicable laws on non-consensual intimate images, identity fraud, defamation, and publicity rights apply to your use of the Service. We are a technical tool; you are the author and publisher of what you create.
6. Credits and payments
- Credits are purchased one-time and do not expire while your account is active.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store payment card details.
- Prices are shown in USD and may include applicable taxes.
7. Refunds
Refunds for unused credits may be requested within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@viralprank.app. Once credits have been used to generate an image, they are non-refundable, because the AI service has already been delivered to you.
8. User content and license
You retain ownership of the images you generate, subject to the rights of any third parties depicted. You grant Viralprank a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display the images solely for the purpose of operating the Service (for example, showing them in your history or on a shareable preview page).
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated images will meet your expectations. AI output is inherently unpredictable.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viralprank's total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Viralprank harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, for suspected fraudulent or harmful activity, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time by emailing support.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be announced.
